School Balances and notarized forms are due back to the Ranch 21 Days before the date of the clinic you are attending. (entries will be taken until the start of the clinic unless the clinic is sold out in advance.)

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, deposits are non-refundable, however you may transfer to another clinic.

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, we will only accept full payment of new entries.

Check your Email-- Emails will go out any time you make a school payment or closer to the time of the school with important information.

Forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey School will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch. (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661)

While we always encourage family participation, we do realize that sometimes it just isn't possible. For those instances we have a limited number of beds available in our girls dormitory for students age 12 and up. Dorm Mom's are on site for supervision. There is no charge for this service.
