School Balances and notarized forms are due back to the Ranch 21 Days before the date of the clinic you are attending. (entries will be taken until the start of the clinic unless the clinic is sold out in advance.)

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, deposits are non-refundable.

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, we will only accept full payment of new entries. 

Check your Email-- Emails will go out any time you make a clinic payment or closer to the time of the clinic with important information.

Forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey School will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch.  (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661)

  • Starting in 2024, a stall is no longer included with your tuition, but has a separate fee. Primary stall comes with 2 bags of shavings at the beginning of the week long school.

  • If your student would like to enjoy the full summer camp experience we have beds available in our girls dormitory. We do have Dorm Mom's on site to supervise. There is no charge for this service. Parents may sign their children in and out if needed.
