**ATTENTION**

Clinic Balances and notarized forms are due back to the Ranch 21 Days before the date of the clinic you are attending. (entries will be taken until the start of the clinic unless the clinic is sold out in advance.)

After 21 Days before the start date of the clinic, deposits are non-refundable but you may transfer to another clinic. 

After 21 Days before the start date of the clinic, we will only accept full payment of new entries. 

Check your Email-- Emails will go out any time you make a clinic payment or closer to the time of the clinic with important information.

Once you have reserved your spot, forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey Clinic will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch.  (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661)..

No horse may be ridden on Josey Ranch Property without completed long forms or a signed liability release on file in the office.  If you wish to ride your horse before check in and you have not mailed in your notarized long forms, please go to the Western Store and request a Liability Release Form.
