Clinic Balances and notarized forms are due back to Josey Ranch 21 Days before the date of the clinic you are attending. (entries will be taken until the start of the clinic unless the clinic is sold out in advance.)

After 21 Days before the start date of the clinic, deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer to another clinic of your choice. 

After 21 Days before the start date of the clinic, we will only accept full payment of new entries. 

Check your Email-- Emails will go out any time you make a clinic payment or closer to the time of the clinic with important information.

Forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey Clinic will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch.  (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661)

Stalls are mandatory- there are no tie ups or portable stalls allowed.  Stalls are $80 and come with 2 bags of shaving, additional bags are available for purchase through the R&J event center.  Hook ups are $25 per day.
