IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

School Balances and notarized forms are due back to the Ranch 21 Days before the date of the school you are attending. (entries will be taken until the start of the school unless the school is sold out in advance.)

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer to another clinic of your choice. 

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, we will only accept full payment of new entries. 

Check your Email-- We will send be sending email updates any time you make a payment and also in the weeks leading up to the event.  These emails will include important information and will answer any questions you may have.  

Forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey School will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch.  (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661)

If you do not receive your forms within 14 days of registering, please call our clinic coordinator so she may send them out again.

IMPORTANT!!!  Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.  

No horse may be ridden on Josey Ranch property without a completed long form OR a signed liability release on file in the office.  If you wish to ride your horse before check in and you have not mailed in your notarized long forms, please go to Western Store and request a Liability Release Form. 

Please Note:  You are welcome to arrive a day early at no extra charge, if you need to come earlier than that there will be a daily fee for hook up and stalls.  Please call the Clinic Coordinator to make arrangements for that.  

 June 14th, from 10am to 2pm is when we hold check in. This is where you will get your name tags and show your health certificates, etc.  All Students must check in.
