IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

School Balances and notarized forms are due back to the Ranch 21 Days before the date of the School you are attending. (entries will be taken until the start of the School unless the School is sold out in advance.)

After 21 Days before the start date of the School, deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer to another clinic of your choice.

After 21 Days before the start date of the school, we will only accept full payment of new entries. 

Check your Email-- Emails will go out any time you make a school payment or closer to the time of the school with important information.

Forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey School will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch.  (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661) 

If you do not receive your forms within 14 days of registering, please call our Clinic Coordinator so that she may send them again.

IMPORTANT!!!  Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. 

No horse may be ridden on Josey Ranch property without completed long forms OR a signed liability release on file in the office.  If you wish to ride your horse before check in and you have not mailed in your notarized long forms, please go to Western Store and request the Liability Release Form.

You are welcome to arrive one day early at no extra charge.  If you need to come earlier than that there will be a daily fee for hookup and stalls.  Please contact the Clinic Coordinator for this.  

May 31st, from 10am to 2pm is when we hold check in. This is where you will get your name tags and show your health certificates, etc.  All Students must check in.  

THIS SCHOOL IS FULL, BUT YOU MAY ENTER THE WAITLIS BELOW! YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE IN!
