After 21 Days before the start date of the clinic, we will only accept full payment of new entries.

Once you have reserved your spot, forms that must be filled out to participate in a Josey Clinic will be coming in the mail. These forms must be notarized and mailed back to the Ranch.  (Josey Ranch 8623 SH 43 N Karnack, TX 75661).

No horse may be ridden on Josey Ranch property without completed long forms OR a signed liability release on file in the office.  If you wish to ride your horse before check in and you have not mailed in your notarized long forms, please go to the Western Store and request a Liability Release Form.
